When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt. We ship from Monday to Saturday. Please visit our Shipping Policy page for more information.

How do I know my order has been completed?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email containing the information in your order. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at service@inchmall.com to confirm receipt of your order.

What if I need to change my order?
Any changes to your order should be notified to us immediately. So that we can help you modify your order in time. Once the order has been issued, it can not be modified.

How do I check my order status?
To view your order status, please visit our order status page. You can also find the status of the order by the tracking number we gave you.

How to return or exchange?

What is the processing time of return or replacement?
We handle most returns and transactions within 2 business days of receipt of the package.

How do I receive my refund?
All refunds will be sent back to the customer's original payment method. It may take up to 21 business days to start a refund. Please allow an additional refund time to appear in your account.
